Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for defining and executing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community to amplify our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with our community, responding to customer inquiries, facilitating conversations, and promoting brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, using insights to continually optimize campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging social media content.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote product launches, sales events, and other promotional campaigns through social media.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance to guide strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that have driven engagement and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Skills in graphic design and proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
